Shipping and delivery
Orders are processed after payment authorization has been successfully completed.
Orders are typically shipped within the timeframe indicated on the Website and in the order confirmation email. Processing times may vary depending on product availability.
The Seller reserves the right to delay shipment in case of suspected fraud, payment issues, or force majeure events.
European Union
All EU orders are shipped from our warehouse in Italy. If your shipping address is in an EU member state, your order should arrive without any additional customs charges.
All other countries
Customs duties and import taxes may apply and are determined by local authorities in the destination country.
These fees are not charged by us at checkout and, if applicable, will be payable upon delivery. Unfortunately, we’re unable to estimate these costs, as they vary by country and shipment. We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to placing an order for more information.

- Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable once collected.
If you return an item or believe you were incorrectly charged, you may be able to reclaim these fees directly through your local customs authority. As the seller, we do not receive these funds and are unable to process customs refunds on your behalf. - Refund procedures vary by country.
Each country has its own process for customs refunds, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for guidance. - Unpaid customs fees & returned parcels
If customs fees are not paid and the parcel is returned to us (for orders where customs were not charged upfront), we reserve the right to deduct any associated return or handling costs from your refund.

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. The Seller shall not be liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
If your order is still missing, please email shop@havenary.it within 30 days of the delivery date so we can open an investigation.
When available, a tracking number will be provided in the shipping confirmation email.
Tracking updates are managed by the courier. The Seller is not responsible for inaccuracies or delays in tracking information provided by third-party carriers.
A pre-order allows you to reserve an item before it becomes available. An estimated release date is shown on the product page and may be subject to change. Once the item is shipped, you will receive tracking details by email.
Returns are governed by the applicable Return Policy available on the Website.

If you wish to return your order for any other reason, you may request a refund within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in their original condition and remain sealed in their original wrapping to be eligible for a full refund.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.
For non-EU customers, return rights are subject to the conditions set out in the Return Policy, and international return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
